Hasmukh Jaswantrai Thaker, a loving father and grandfather fought a fierce uphill battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis over recent months. 


Though the diagnosis was sudden and severe, he fought with everything he had until the end when it was finally time for him to rest.
Dad leaves an incredible void in our hearts and lives. He will always be loved and remembered by us all, especially his 6 beautiful grandchildren.
